I offer Professional, Compassionate & Confidential Counselling, Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy in Reading Berkshire, and the surrounding areas. I'm also a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity and specialise in Weight Management, Anorexia, Bulimia, & Binge Eating Disorder. I work one-to-one with adults over the age of 18 and combine Hypnotherapy with Counselling wherever possible.
Although I specialise in Weight Management & Eating Disorders, I'm also experienced in treating a wide range of issues including anxiety and panic attacks, stress related issues, low self esteem and confidence, depression, fears and phobias, grief/loss and bereavement, trauma and abuse.
Therapy sessions are tailored specifically for your individual needs and are conducted in a highly professional & ethical manner. You will receive the support you need to help you work through any physical, emotional or mental difficulties you may be experiencing.
