Welcome to Lincoln Polythene
Lincoln Polythene Ltd was established in 1995 to meet the growing demand for flexible film extrusion.
Initially solely a plain film extruder, we quickly moved into the manufacture of printed films.
In 2001 we expanded our business by investing in conversion bag machinery in order to be able to offer the full portfolio of flexible film products.

Extrusion Capabilities:
* Film extrusion capacity in excess of 5,000 tonnes per annum.
* Sizes range from 40mm upwards. Film thickness from 10mμ to 300mμ.
* Variety of film blends including LDPE, MDPE, LLDPE, HD/LD, Shrink & Metallocene.
* Produced as lay-flat tubing, single wound sheet, double wound sheet, centrefold sheet, J-fold, or gussetted micro-perforations.
* Clear or coloured films (tint or opaque).
* Bi-colour capability to produce any combination 2-colour film (clear + 1 colour).
Conversion
* Side seal, Bottom seal. Mixed weld.
* Bags/Sheets perfed on a roll. Shaped Garment Covers.
* Full range of mailing products with permanent / re-sealable self-adhesive seal on lip.
Print Capability
*In-line printing up to 4 colours.
*Off-line up to 8 colours.
*We provide a comprehensive service from concept artwork to finished product
