SATURDAY CLINICS and AUTUMN COURSES
I'm now available on Saturdays at the Family Practice so please call to book your treatment and set yourself up for a relaxed but energised weekend. Home visits are now available weekdays. I will be offering courses in the Autumn. These will give an opportunity for your to learn about reflexology self treatment and for use with family and friends. There will also be courses for couples wanting to learn about relaxation techniques in pregnancy and labour. These techniques are also valuable once the bairn has arrived! I am also considering running some meditation groups. Please get in touch if these is of interest
