Excel Inventory Services is an independent, professional inventory company offering a reliable and friendly service to private landlords and letting and estate agents. We are based in St Austell and cover the whole of the Mid Cornwall area. For the protection of our clients, we have full professional Indemnity and public liability insurance. We offer a full range of services for all your inventory needs which include: • Inventory compilation • Check-In • Check-Out • Photographic evidence where necessary • Three monthly property inspections We also deal with keys and meter readings too. Everything you need to make your lettings as simple as possible. Our aim is to provide you with inventory reports within 48hrs and will provide three copies, one of which can be emailed, in pdf format, if requested.
