Parking

Can you please ask your driver in botley ,Southampton, to not block driveways . As there were plenty of other spaces very nearby and a lay-by and other spaces on the road , clearly the driver and other person had no bags or equipment or seemed not to be attending to anyone , in fact it appeared they went over the woods for an hour and a half . The residents driveway is private and needs to be free for the full time carer for a seriously unwell person . It was all on video doorbell .
